Experiencing homelessness or risk of homelessness?

Need our help?

Are you experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness?

You are not alone

At Sanctuary Trust, no-one is turned away. If we’re not able to offer accommodation immediately, we will still support you with guidance, advice and referrals to other
local services.

Our team won’t judge you or make assumptions about your situation. We’re here to listen and offer a safe, supportive environment.

From the moment you arrive, our aim is to offer stability and understanding. We’ll work alongside you to explore what you’re going through and support you in taking steps towards a positive future, at your own pace.

You’re not alone – support is always available.

Outreach: support that continues

Our outreach service means you can continue to receive support even after you move on from our accommodation. We can stay in touch through regular check-ins, phone calls and practical help, depending on what you need. We also work closely with other local organisations to help you access the right support at the right time.

In 2024 we expanded our dedicated counselling service so it was available to everyone using our services. Over 12 months, we delivered 240 counselling sessions, offering a safe space to talk, work through difficult experiences and explore ways to move forward.

Whether you’re in a difficult situation now, currently accessing our services or living independently, our outreach team is here to offer ongoing support that’s tailored to your circumstances.
